Stanley Nieminski CPA/PFS, CFP®

Stanley Nieminski is the founder of ClearPath Financial, with nearly three decades of experience as a financial advisor and CPA.  He works closely with individuals, businesses, and many multigenerational families. While he works with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, many of his clients have obtained a high level of wealth and seek assistance in protecting what they’ve worked hard to accumulate.

Stan first started his career as a CPA, starting his accounting firm in 1987. Shortly after, he started Key Financial Sources, a mortgage company, and ClearPath Financial as a way to better serve his clients who seek assistance with their entire financial picture, rather than only their taxes. He is proud to provide his clients with a high service level and a personal approach. He and his team have established an environment that is personal, friendly, and welcoming yet professional.

Stan is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds the Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, and Certified Financial Planner™ designations.  Additionally, he holds the Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations, and Insurance licenses. He has been recognized as part of the President’s and Leaders Council by former broker/dealer, Cetera Financial Specialists since 2005, and was part of the select Circle of Excellence (top 40 advisors) in the country at Cetera. He is the proud father of three, a grandfather of two, and resides in South Barrington, IL with his wife, Sharon, of 40 years.
